Welcome
How can we survive the competition with AI in our field?
This is the question we’ve been asking.
Welcome to the book club that pulls us away from ordinary life and thoughts.
Wondering what this is for?Well, bring your Questions and your Whys.

What is SUHU (蘇湖)?
An agile book club I founded aimed at delving deep into the reality of the intersection of AI and the practice of enterprise (especially Byte Dance/TikTok. Why? cuz it’s arguably the most dynamic tech company complex.)
What do we do?
- ✅Agile: Every week, I will host a 30-minute stand-up discussion around AI and the company Byte Dance.
- ✅Article instead of book: Participants are expected to read an interesting article together beforehand and bring their questions to discuss at the meet-up.
- ✅Question-oriented: Think differently and critically. Stay hungry, and always question yourself: Why is this question relevant to you?
What will we discuss in this club?
To us, the most important question is: How can we survive the competition with AI in our field? All topics that excavate this question are welcome for discussion.
Let’s just consider ourselves luminaries in our respective fields, and critically examine the top tech companies’ strategies for adopting AI.
